COVID-19 Safety Measures

For the protection of our employees and customers, we are implementing new procedures for senior appointments.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Only one additional person will be allowed to accompany the senior, and they must be 18 years or older.

Please do not arrive more than 2 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive earlier please wait in your car until your scheduled time.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Social distancing will always be adhered to and facial coverings will be worn by our staff.

We ask that all guests wear facial coverings for their wellbeing and the wellbeing of other guests and our staff.

Props, handles, light switches, etc. will be cleaned after every appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will be limited due to our new procedures, so please book early and be prompt for your appointments.

We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, however, there are no guarantees due to COVID-19 safety and health mandates.

Seniors having their portraits taken in our studio, during the summer, will have the opportunity to select the pose that will appear in the 2024 yearbook.

A free sitting will be offered at your school at a later date.

Please be advised that cancellation or rescheduling made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellation or rescheduling made 48 hours or less before a scheduled appointment will be subject to forfeiture of the sitting fee.

Our Process

Booking

We begin the senior portrait process by scheduling an appointment either online or over the phone. Book now to get started!

sitting

On picture day, depending on your sitting, we will capture a yearbook portrait and your choice of indoor or outdoor backgrounds with various poses and outfits.

Editing

After your pictures are taken, our team of editors correct the lighting and color of each photo that goes into your gallery.

Production

When you place an order for your senior portraits, it gets sent to our production department. Here, your images get printed, packaged, and shipped.
